Hugo is a father, acclaimed traveler, and storyteller whose journeys, both across continents and through life's profound transformations have shaped a powerful message about what truly matters.
Rising from poverty to achieve the conventional markers of success, Hugo discovered that life's greatest wealth can't be measured in material terms. Over the course of his professional career, he’s been an Olympian, middle school principal, college basketball coach, and entrepreneur who has owned several multi-million-dollar startup companies including but not limited to, pharmaceutical, automotive and commercial cleaning. His path has taught him that real education transcends diplomas and degrees it's about unlocking the mind's potential and bringing one's deepest aspirations to life.
